Conflict Policy

This policy outlines the steps required should you feel that you have a concern:
  1. Discuss the issue with your team Manager or Coach.
  2. If you feel that the issue was not resolved, a signed letter explaining the issue shall be signed and forwarded to the President of your organization. 
  3. A letter can be submitted by email explaining that you have completed steps 1 and 2 and that you feel your issue was not resolved. The email must contain your name and phone number so that a meeting can be scheduled with the executive of Lakehead Minor, yourself and the coaching staff of the team.

A decision by the Lakehead Minor Executive is final.
